I represent clients in high-stakes commercial litigation. My practice includes disputes involving fiduciary duties, corporate governance, contracts and business torts, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, employment issues, and real estate matters. I have represented clients from the outset of litigation through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
Over the years, I have represented public companies, corporate executives, venture capital and hedge funds, officers and directors, entrepreneurs, and individuals. I have faced a wide range of adversaries and opposing lawyers in complex and often high-profile matters.
